2,023 Adventures

The last 12 months haven't been perfect, to be sure, but we definitely enjoyed a mix of travel, laughter, and curious pursuits. The kids are thriving with Spanish immersion at ISLA. Therese continues to transform leaders and their teams through coaching. And Bob impacts the lives of entrepreneurs through his work at Leadpages.

Here's a glimpse at a few things we got up to in 2023 as a family (pictured, left to right).

• Marina joined us this year from Spain as a Language Ambassador* at the kids' school (ISLA), so of course we had to introduce her to Christmas llamas at Target Field.
• Landon in the lights at Bentleyville (Duluth)
• Landon and Kira visit with one of Santa's surrogates at Bachman's
• Bob and Therese on the field at the Twins stadium
• The two coolest kids in all the land.

* Language Ambassador's are student teachers from foreign lands that live with us as they learn American culture and share their own. Raúl was with us from August '22 - July '23. Marina is with us from August '23 - July '24. They're both from Vaillodolid, Spain.

• We took Raúl (our first LA) on a road trip through the Black Hills and to Boulder for Bob's family reunion (Bainbridge side)
• 3 Amigos hiking near Chautauqua
• Kira continues to love exploring nature
